Valhalla Performance PC was founded by two cybersecurity and IT professionals who have spent years working with high performance systems, infrastructure, and security focused environments. We are not a mass production operation or a dropshipper. Every system is hand assembled, individually configured, and thoroughly tested before it ships. We optimize BIOS settings, tune airflow, and apply stability tested overclocks where appropriate. We hand select premium components and refuse to cut corners on power supplies, cooling, motherboards, or memory. We build these systems because we genuinely care about high performance desktops, and that shows in the quality and reliability of every machine we deliver.

Valhalla Performance PC was founded by Dayton and Mohit, two cybersecurity and IT professionals with years of experience working with high performance systems and infrastructure. What started as a passion for building and tuning high performance desktops evolved into a business built around delivering exceptional systems to serious users. We build every PC the same way we build our own, with the expectation that it will be used hard and enjoyed for years.

Valhalla Performance PC is based in Beltsville, Maryland, USA. We are a legitimate US-based small business operating as a registered LLC. We are not a reseller, or overseas operation. Every system we sell is built, tested, and shipped by us directly.

Yes. Every system is assembled by hand in the United States by our own team. Each machine is built from individual components selected by us, configured and tuned by us, stress tested for stability under real world workloads, and validated before it ships. What you order is what we build, specifically for you.

Yes. You can fully customize your system before ordering. In our Built to Order section, you can select the components you want and tailor the system to match your performance goals and budget. If you need something more specific, our Custom PC Builder option allows you to reach out directly with your exact specifications. Tell us what you are looking for, whether it is a particular workload, aesthetic, or performance target, and we will design a system around your requirements.

Most built to order systems take 3 to 5 business days to complete. During that time we assemble your PC exactly to your selected specifications, configure BIOS settings, optimize airflow, implement a stable overclock and validate the system under sustained load to ensure long term stability and performance. We do not rush builds. Every system is tuned and tested before it leaves our hands. Once your order ships you will immediately receive tracking information so you can follow its progress to your door.

Every Valhalla Performance PC system includes a one year labor warranty covering workmanship and assembly. All individual components carry their full manufacturer warranties, which we actively help you navigate if a claim ever needs to be made. We do not push customers off to vendors. In addition, every system comes with lifetime technical build support. If something is not performing the way it should at any point, reach out to us directly and we will assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution. Our support does not end at delivery.

Yes. Our systems are built with upgradeability in mind. Most Valhalla PCs allow you to upgrade components such as RAM, storage drives, and graphics cards in the future. We carefully select quality motherboards, strong VRM platforms, and power supplies with proper headroom so they can handle additional component load if you decide to upgrade later. We do not undersize critical components, which gives your system the flexibility to grow and remain game and productivity ready for years.
