About Us
Valhalla Performance PC, LLC designs and assembles custom and pre-configured computer systems. We are committed to delivering professionally built, thoroughly tested systems backed by clear policies and responsive support.
Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed and payment is received, we begin allocating components and preparing your build.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, cancellations may not be possible once assembly has begun.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
Payment must be completed before your order is processed. Payments are securely handled through Shopify Payments and authorized third-party providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
If we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Product Information and Component Availability
We strive to keep all product descriptions and specifications accurate and up to date.
In rare cases, specific component models may be unavailable due to supply conditions. If this occurs, we may substitute a component of equal or greater performance and value. Any substitution will meet or exceed the advertised specifications.
Product images are representative and may not reflect minor layout differences in the final build.
Performance Expectations
System performance can vary depending on workload, software configuration, updates, ambient temperature, and other external factors. While we design systems for strong and reliable performance, we do not guarantee specific benchmark scores or frame rates.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery. All systems are securely packaged and insured during transit.
If your system arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist.

Once delivered, customers are responsible for:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valhalla Performance PC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.
If liability is established, it will be limited to the amount paid for the specific product involved in the claim.
